Today is a bad adoption day. Luckily, I don't have them very often, but every once in awhile they creep up. I've actually been feeling really good lately. Our US approval came through 60 days ahead of time. (It's through Homeland Security, since we are basically immigrating a person into the county, and who thought they would do anything ahead of schedule?) Anyway, I saw an article today at CNN.com about how China has fewer children up for adoption. Now, don't get me wrong, this is great for these poor babies and that makes me happy. But selfishly it makes me sad. I feel like I've been waiting so long already. And the wait goes on...
